A native of Detroit, Chaunceia Dunbar has built a stellar career around all things Arts & Music. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Merchandising Management. She has developed a global following for numerous products & services. She was the Record Retail Owner of Chauncey’s Records and Tapes for 15 years – family owned business established in 1977. She is also the Co-Founder of the organic and highly successful music festival Charivari Detroit, an annual event established in 2013 that forecasts and presents Detroit’s most talented DJs. She is the Board Director of A DJ Saved My Life Foundation which offers Life and Health Insurance and deals with the business of Deejaying. And since 2015 she has been a passionate member of Spin Inc.’s Board, committed to educating and empowering children and young adults through the discipline and gift of Deejaying.
