DEMC 2024 Get prepared for a shared digitally immersive experience! This year’s Detroit Electronic Music Conference (DEMC), in partnership with Spin, Inc Detroit, Washtenaw County Community College, Ableton, Akai Professional, Melodyne, Native Instruments, Serato Studio, The Loft | DJ School (Chile) is on for Spring 2024!  We will be hosting the event at Washtenaw County Community College this spring, you can experience live DJs, educational programming and the fun you love in this virtual journey of Detroit party culture.


DEMC 2024 is a hybrid event, being both available online and in-person. DEMC 2024 will be multiple days of educational programming presented by Spin, Inc, Detroit’s premiere DJ/music production school and DJ School Chile | DJ & Music Academy. We’re bringing the world’s finest DJs and producers together to share their expertise with youth, adults and music lovers. Join us and our conference partners: Ableton, Native Instruments, MODEL1, Serato, Melodics, Sweetwater, Splice, Antelope and more. There will be pro tips, tutorials and insider classes from your favorite gear heads and master DJs. The lineup includes Mike Fotias (Audio Rescue Team), OP Miller (Serato), Dez Andres (MPC Masterclass) , Sacramento Knoxx (Native Instruments Maschine Deconstruct), Wask (DSR, DEMC, DJ School Chile), Dr. Leuman (NFTs) and many more! Packed with workshops, tutorials, expert advice, and much more, you’ll learn about the products you use from the companies that made them and stay on top of your game. Before and after our workshops, we will have mix sessions performed by DJ’s from around the world captured exclusively for the DEMC.

GIA|DETROIT is a vibrant DJ straight from the home of techno, Detroit. She has been Inspired by greats such as Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale, Stacey Pullen, Kevin Saunderson, and Al Ester.
