A hat is a head covering which is worn for various reasons.
Spin Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization, offers music production, DJ technology and education courses to disadvantaged youth in high poverty communities. We provide digital music technology courses and mentoring opportunities such as life skills, entrepreneurship, public performance coaching, etc. to students that will assist them in:
Achieving their dreams of musical development
Learning new skills on state-of-the-art equipment
Applying newly acquired skills and showcasing them in musical venue opportunities throughout Detroit.
We are continuously seeking donors and sponsorship opportunities for our innovative educational programs. Spin Inc. incorporate hands-on learning and teaches our students how to create and produce their own music through the art of Deejaying. We utilize all aspects of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math/Music) within our curriculum. Our professional team of DJ’s include such world-renowned figures such as Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale, Scott “Go-Go” Gordon, DJ Head and DJ Recloose to name a few! We also provide state of the art equipment and technology that meets current industry standards and specifications necessary to ensure our students are exposed to the best.
Your generous donation will give us the ability to ensure students are exposed to current industry-standard equipment and software, with access to professional musicians to mentor them to success.
We are very dedicated to our mission and with your help, believe we can offer more opportunities to aspiring youth.
