Intermediate DJ Course

Length of Course:  6-8 weeks

Number of Classes: 6-8

Class Duration: 2 hours

Overview:

This course is an intensive class that focuses on the fundamentals of DJ performance. Students will have an opportunity to study (hands-on) with local and international DJs.

Topics to be discussed:

Song structure, signal flow, equipment set up, blending, beat matching, harmonic mixing and more! At the end of the course, students will have an opportunity to mix a short set and receive feedback on their progress.

 

Equipment: (Note: All equipment is provided for students during class hours.)

Students will work with a combination of turntables and CDJs.
