Detroit Electronic Music Camp (DEMC) 2019

The Detroit Electronic Music Camp (DEMC) is a musical effort, hosted by Spin Inc. in Detroit, MI, in collaboration with The Loft DJ School (Chile). This event will take place May 19 through May 25, 2019. Spin Inc, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, and has formed a partnership with DIME (Detroit Institute of Music Education), Underground Resistance, Native Instruments, Roland, Serato, Pioneer and Ableton to bring the world’s finest DJs and producers together to share their knowledge and expertise with eager students who are under-represented in the greater Detroit area. Many Detroit artists will be involved, including Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale, Mark Flash (UR), John Collins (UR), Scott “Go-Go” Gordon (Deep Space Radio), and Michael Fotias (Audio Rescue Team), to name a few.
In addition to enjoying the best electronic music education you can get, come out and be entertained by some of the most successful DJs in the electronic music scene. Our closing event on Saturday, May 25 will feature a dynamic After Party with special guests from Philadelphia.
Spin Inc presents the MoPhilly DJ Explosion: “Chili Fries and Cheesesteaks” on Saturday, May 25, 2019 with DJ Cash Money and Street Orchestra (StreetCash), and DJ Too Tuff (Tuff Crew)!
